As the Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cold calling, site visits and closing the deals. You will be instrumental in developing strategies, This position requires strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to selling real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various methods including networking, marketing campaigns and online platforms
- Coordinating with channel partners
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with clients and channel partners
- Scheduling site visits with clients and channel partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to adjust strategies as necessary
- Assist client in buying in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewing and showings, providing clients with detailed information about the features and benefits of each property
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team player
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Digital marketing real estate technologies
- Self motivated and goal driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekends, based on client needs
