Position Title: Account Executive
Department: Client Servicing & Account Management
Reporting To: Servicing Team Lead / Account Supervisor
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Compensation: ₹3.0–5.0 LPA
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and client-focused Account
Executive to join our servicing team.
As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for day-to-day
communication with clients, managing internal coordination with creative,
design, and strategy teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery across
multiple accounts. Beyond execution, the role calls for a consultative and
sales-oriented mindset—someone who can spot upsell opportunities,
build trust with clients, and contribute to account growth.If you're someone who takes ownership, manages expectations smartly, and understands the rhythm of agency life, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary PoC for assigned clients on day-to-day jobs
- Communicate client briefs clearly to internal teams and ensure
timely updates to clients
- Maintain client trust through professionalism, clarity, and proactive
engagement
- Build rapport with client SPOCs and nurture strong working
relationships
Project Coordination & Operational Efficiency
- Coordinate with creative, design, strategy, and media teams to
ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Prepare job briefs, assign ownership, and follow through till closure
- Maintain trackers, update status reports, and manage job calendars
- Flag bottlenecks early and work with senior team members to
resolve them
Responsiveness & Time Management
- Acknowledge all client communications promptly and track updates
- Prioritize multiple projects with efficiency and clarity
- Ensure schedules are met without compromising quality or clarity
Quality Control & First-level Review
- Review internal deliverables before they go out to clients
- Ensure that all client-facing outputs are error-free & brand-aligned
- Provide clear feedback to teams and act as a gatekeeper for hygiene
and consistency
Upselling, Cross-Selling & Growth Support
- Proactively identify and highlight opportunities for additional work
- Support senior team members in building growth plans
- Share insights that can unlock new projects or campaign extensions
Process & Protocol Adherence
- Follow standard briefing, feedback, and delivery protocols
- Ensure that documentation, job records are always up-to-date
- Uphold internal processes that contribute to better collaboration
and accountability
Ideal Candidate Attributes
You're someone who combines people skills with project discipline, and
who sees client servicing not just as coordination—but as partnership.
You should bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in a client servicing role in a creative, digital,
or integrated agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of brief writing, brand management, and
agency workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools for task management, content, or
productivity is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay responsive in a fast-paced
environment
- High ownership, collaborative spirit, and a consultative approach to
problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
