Role Snapshot

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Tally, Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, along with an understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP.

Maintain accurate financial records, including sales/purchase entries, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Prepare bank reconciliation statements, vendor/customer reconciliation, and maintain ledgers.

Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance entries (if applicable).

Use Advanced Excel & Google Sheets to prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and summaries.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of all accounting data.

Coordinate with internal departments for invoice follow-ups and data requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.

Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).

Good command over Google Sheets and cloud-based collaborative tools.

Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
