enior Business Development - Corporate gifting
in Pune
An experienced professional to drive B2B gifting sales — managing key corporate clients, pitching customized gifting solutions, closing high-value deals, and ensuring seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard and manage key corporate clients, HR/Procurement heads and large enterprises for bulk gifting.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate gifting sales and partnerships.
- Pitch premium/customized gifting solutions, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and ensure end-to-end execution – product selection, branding, packaging and timely delivery.
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate leads, maintain CRM and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with production, design, logistics and finance teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Mentor junior team members and handle escalations or VIP clients.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in corporate gifting / B2B sales / enterprise business development.
- Strong network with corporate HR, admin, procurement and event agencies in Pune and nearby regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of closing bulk/corporate gifting deals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle client expectations end-to-end.
