Job Title: Technical Sales Manager
Job Description-
- Provide technical specification of the products to the consultant for the approval of the material to be used in the project.
- Competitive intelligence - Market Research Studies, Benchmarking of competitors Product Range.
- Providing innovative solutions to clients in terms of specifications incorporating companys products.
- To insist on specification packages to developers, consultants, designers & customers so as to ensure that company's products are incorporated in designing stage.
- Evaluate and suggest product and service solutions in line with client need and requirements.
- Assigned work into members to make sure about delivery to design time quality and budget.
- Application of the products concerning the terms and by laws of Government authorities
- Responsible for specifying Building Envelope System with Developers, Designers, Architects & Consultants.
- Provide technical expertise to the MEP Contractors, Civil Engineers & Architects on Building Envelope System & solutions through product training, facilitating presentations & meetings.
