What You Will Get To Do:

  • Sell cutting-edge Enterprise AI and Automation solutions that redefine work.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle —from prospecting to closing—across key industries like Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
  • Work closely with channel partners to co-create and expand go-to-market opportunities.
  • Engage directly with senior decision-makers at enterprise accounts and influence strategic digital transformation agendas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, legal, and delivery to shape high-value deals.
  • Drive pipeline growth and accurately forecast revenue using Salesforce and structured selling methodologies (like MEDDPICC) .
  • Be part of a growth-focused, supportive culture where innovation and individual success are celebrated.

What You Will Bring:

  • 8 years of quota-carrying software/technology sales experience , ideally in automation, SaaS, or AI.
  • A proven ability to identify, influence, and close high-value enterprise deals , with a strong focus on acquiring new logos .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build direct rapport and trust with end-customer stakeholders .
  • Experience in working with or through channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
  • High degree of coachability, resilience, multitasking, and time management —capable of handling 15–20 active opportunities across various sales stages.
  • Expertise in sales pipeline discipline : prioritize in-month closures, work in parallel on next-month targets, and maintain a healthy 3x pipeline against monthly quota.
  • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset , driven by results and a passion for capturing market share.
