Job Description Senior Enterprise Sales & Business Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Enterprise Sales & Business Leader to drive our next phase of growth. This role will lead Sales, Partnerships, Distribution, and Key Account Management for enterprise merchants, brands, and partners, focusing on the merchant affordability business and the direct sales of the InstaCred 360 suite.

You will own the sales strategy, GTM execution, and revenue targets, overseeing both direct enterprise sales and licensing-based distribution partnerships. This includes identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell, managing key relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute market segmentation, GTM plans, and sales strategies.
- Drive enterprise adoption of the InstaCred 360 suite across key accounts and segments.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to product innovation.
- Build and manage a high-performing, metrics-driven sales team and culture.
- Meet and exceed aggressive revenue and sales targets.
- Identify and execute licensing/distribution partnerships.
- Foster strong relationships with C-level stakeholders at key accounts and partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Ops) to ensure successful GTM execution.

Qualifications:

- 1015 years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, and merchant acquiring.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise commerce and affordability solutions.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to understand technology and present solutions effectively to clients.
