Sales & Client Relationship Executive

We're hiring a Sales & Client Relationship Executive to join our growing India-based remote team.
This role involves engaging potential clients, managing leads, explaining investment products, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.
You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, timely communication, and renewals.
This is not a marketing or content role; we are looking for someone experienced in real outbound sales and client interactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients (database provided).
- Explain services clearly and handle objections confidently.
- Build rapport and follow up until deal closure.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal team for client onboarding and post-sale support.
- Meet weekly and monthly performance goals.
Who Can Apply:
- 2+ years of sales experience in finance, insurance, loans, or broking.
- Excellent spoken English (clear and natural tone; no fake accent).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work setup.
- Preference for female candidates.

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
