**Brief About the Role**:
As a **Client Relationship Executive**, you will play a vital role in expanding our footprint in the Indian market. Your responsibilities will include growing and managing a portfolio of retail clients and partners (IBs, affiliates, etc.), with the objective of increasing client acquisition, lifetime value, and overall satisfaction.

You will work with a dynamic team passionate about expanding our company reach, while actively promoting the brand, improving conversions, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Daily interaction with existing and prospective Indian clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales & Growth**:

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Meet or exceed KPIs and business growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the regional business.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.
- Stay updated on financial markets: Forex, Indices, Commodities, Shares, etc.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with retail development and customer support teams.
- Resolve issues and handle client concerns effectively.
- **Partnerships**:

- Communicate and negotiate with IBs, affiliates, and partners.
- Establish mutually beneficial rebate structures and terms.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Generate and execute ideas to increase leads and conversion rates.
- Participate in business meetings and attend industry conferences if required.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales in the financial or capital markets (Forex, Commodities, etc.).
- Proven ability to present and sell products/services over the phone.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
