**Internship: Client Relationship Executive for Mental Health Counselling Services Startup**

Are you passionate about mental health and interested in making a positive impact in people's lives? Join our dynamic and rapidly growing startup in the mental health counselling service as a Client Relationship Executive Internship.

As a Client Relationship Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our clients, ensuring they receive the care and guidance they need to improve their mental well-being.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Handling**:

- Handle incoming client calls and inquiries, providing information about the benefits and importance of mental health counselling.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Actively listen to clients' requirements and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding to build rapport and trust.
- Assess client needs and preferences to match them with the most suitable mental health counsellor from our team. Get the booking completed on call and schedule an appointment. Do follow ups to get the closure while maintaining the dignity of communication and personal space of client.

**Counsellor Handling**:

- Collaborate with new counsellors to gather information on their specialties, availability, and areas of expertise
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking process, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the counselling team as needed like rescheduling, cancellations, client follow ups.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients' concerns.
- Demonstrated passion for mental health and well-being.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in using technology and software for communication, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Sensitivity to client confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Bachelors or masters in Psychology or Human relationship course is required. Do share relevant details
- Prior experience in customer service, counselling, or related fields is a plus. Do share relevant details
