As we grow stronger, we are looking for curious and passionate folks who would love to shape the way HelloParent as a product is designed for parents and school users. Staying updated about his child is a problem faced by almost every parent and keeping a track of fee payments is a headache for every school owner. It should be amazing to build an experience which these users swear by.
- **Job Description (Business Operation)**_
v Lead customer training sessions to empower our clients to achieve their goals.
v Provide personalized support to customers and resolve any roadblocks they may encounter.
v Build strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and proactive problem-solving.
v Escalate technical challenges to the technical team and ensure timely resolution.
v Ensure seamless payment processes and manage follow-ups with ease.
v Drive greater adoption and success of our app by understanding and fulfilling the evolving needs of customers.
v Stay ahead of the game by staying updated on the latest industry trends and requirements.
v Unleash your creativity by designing captivating visuals that bring smiles to the customer’s face.
- **Must Have**_
- 1. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients at all levels._
- 2. A natural ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies._
- 3. Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools._
- 4. Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus._
- 5. Proven problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering solutions._
