
Client Relationship Executive

**Qualifications**:
- Any Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in client relationship management, customer service, or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, web development, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support software is an advantage.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, tech) to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Handle Global client on boarding, briefing, and regular follow-ups.
- Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Prepare and present reports on service performance and results.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
- Schedule review meetings and ensure proper documentation of all client interactions.
- Ensure client feedback is communicated to relevant teams for service enhancement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
