We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our American clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with American clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and requests.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- No Degree needed, Only skill.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on American English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
