**What is the job profile?**
A Jr. Executive Customer Relations is a person who is responsible for day to day customer communication and building customer relationships. A typical day for a Customer Relationship Jr. Executive would involve:
- Building relationships with customers.
- Keeping customers engaged and happy.
- Coordinating with the internal team for customer-queries.
- Maintain process and procedure documents for this role.
- Develop technical skills, functional knowledge and domain knowledge to grow in this role.
- Graduation (Any)
- Internship/ project-work in similar role will be an added advantage
**Location**:Remote
**Shift**: Rotational day shift
**Salary**:Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month (Flexible based on qualification and interview)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
