Learn the needs of clients and develop plans to meet them- 6. Address any concerns or issues a client may have and work with account managers or leadership to resolve them- 7. Collaborate closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure they satisfy clients with the company's product or service- 8. Serve as the main point of contact between clients and employees**Required Experience and Qualifications**
