Dreamtime Leaning Hiring " Jr Customer Success/ Parent Support ( IC )" for Remote Calling experience is Mandatory Work Location : Remote / Hyderabad Monday to Saturday Working days ( 9.45am to 6.45pm working hours) Immediate joiners required Zoho desk added advantage Position: 2 Location: Remote Pay: upto 2.4lpa to 3.5 lpa Minimum Experience: 4 Years Education industry preferred We are seeking an experienced Customer Success who can achieve our primary objectives of maintaining high customer satisfaction and effectively on-boarding new students. Our clientele consists of parents of students from India and abroad who study with us. Key duties of this role include: - Collection of fee Payment - Upselling coursers ( 3rd language ). - Collaborating with academic, admissions, technology, sales, and operations teams to successfully on-board all students and parents into Dreamtime Learning School. - Utilizing Zoho and other automation tools to establish high-performance support systems for error-free student on-boarding. - Working closely with the Content and Training Team to create and execute training modules for parents and students orientation. - Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of student kits in India and abroad. - Communicating with parents and students via phone and virtual meetings to address any concerns related to the on-boarding of students across all programs. - Preparing reports and documents as required periodically. - Performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned as needed. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: - Experience managing a team of customer support professionals across India. International experience is a plus. - Expertise in all aspects of customer support, coupled with a drive to achieve business goals. - Proficiency in using Zoho One and other relevant tools is advantageous. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proven track record of delivering excellent customer support while maintaining a customer-centric mindset and exceeding company expectations.
