About the Role

As a Content strategist - Copywriter, you will own the brand voice and craft impactful content across campaigns, social media, and brand communication. With strong content strategy expertise, you'll ensure every piece of communication drives both emotional connection and business results.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop content strategies for campaigns, social media, and digital initiatives.
• Write crisp, engaging copy for posts, communication channels, ads, product descriptions, and offline branding & marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketers & internal teams to work with designers, CRM operators, performance marketing & social media managers for cohesive storytelling.
• Create long-form content (blogs, case studies) where needed.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone and language across touchpoints.
• Identify suitable communication style & adapt copy as per touchpoint & business objective.

What We Would Like to See in You

• 2–4 years of agency experience in copywriting/content strategy.
• Ability to work with multiple teams for translating business goals into content briefs.
• Strong understanding of creative design and channel wise best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful ad copy & campaign ideas.
• Ability to write for diverse formats – from witty short-form to persuasive long-form.
• Understanding of consumer behavior and content performance metrics.
• A creative thinker who can blend storytelling with business goals.

Location: Bangalore

Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory
