We are hiring for Aftermarket Sales profession from Automotive Lubricants Industry to be based at Kolkata

- Job Purpose
Responsible for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) for Automotive Lubricants through Channel partners.
2. Principle Accountabilities
Role & Responsibilities
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary).
- Identify business opportunities in assigned geography in consideration of new channel and portfolio mix.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within the allocated region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders in the value chain, e.g channel partners/distributors, retailers, end consumers.
- Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills
- Should have relevant experience of 7-15 years.
- Should be from Automotive Lubricants industry preferably
- Have geographical knowledge of the territory.
- Proven track record on Distribution appointment, Channel Networking, distribution management.
- Should have strong product knowledge.
- Good communication skills & team handling skills
