Role & responsibilities
- Develop strategies to approach corporates, ad agencies, and event firms.
- Prepare and present marketing pitches, proposals, and decks.
- Support sales in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
- Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients for employee engagement, events, and brand campaigns.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and personal gifting occasions.
- Manage Strums presence across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Generate leads through social media, online campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Build partnerships with event planners, wedding coordinators, and creative agencies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
- Basic experience with SEO, Google Ads, Insta, Meta Ads Manager.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Content writing / copywriting ability for campaigns.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships (B2B + B2C).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Knowledge of music/entertainment industry is an added advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or Business.
- 3 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or client servicing.
- Freshers with strong marketing knowledge and skills are also welcome.
- Creative, self-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
