We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager to oversee the operations of myG showrooms in Mangaluru, focusing on mobile phones and consumer electronics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving showroom profitability, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading the sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of all myG showrooms under the assigned territory.
  • Drive profitability and sales growth across mobile and consumer electronics categories.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate showroom teams to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational excellence.
  • Analyze sales reports, profit margins, and inventory levels; take corrective measures to improve performance.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and customer trends.
  • Coordinate with HO and other departments for product availability, pricing, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in retail sales or area/territory management, preferably in mobiles and consumer electronics.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-store operations and drive showroom profitability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Mangaluru region.
  • Male candidates preferred
