Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify potential clients including contractors, builders, developers, and construction companies
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Brickloop's video intelligence and workforce management features
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for smooth onboarding and growth
- Gather customer insights and share feedback with product teams for continuous improvement
- Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150, ₹200,000.00 per year
