Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Manager located in Mangaluru. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining effective sales strategies targeted at business clients. Daily tasks include identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and monitoring market trends. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and lead generation
  • Strong Negotiation, Persuasion, and Communication abilities
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning proficiency
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is preferred
  • Willingness to work in an on-site role in Mangaluru
