Role & responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets for the paints business segment.

  2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 3 to 4 sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and expand market share.

  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development and improvement.

  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set sales targets, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to enhance product offerings, customer experience, and overall business performance.

  7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  8. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and driving business growth.

9 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  1. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
