Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mangaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development, building client relationships, managing a sales team, and meeting revenue objectives. The role includes designing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales metrics, forecast market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Acquisition
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Contract Handling
- Proficiency in Sales Forecasting, Market Analysis, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Mangaluru and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage
- Experience in technology or service-oriented industries is a plus
