Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Secondary Sales Executive with strong experience in Bath Fittings/Sanitary Ware industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving secondary sales, managing retailers/dealers, and maintaining strong market presence to achieve sales targets in the Mangalore region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve secondary sales targets for the assigned territory (Mangalore).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Track and ensure product availability, visibility, and demand generation in the market.
  • Execute sales promotions, schemes, and marketing activities to boost sales.
  • Regularly visit the market to gather feedback, competitor insights, and product performance.
  • Maintain and update daily sales reports, beat plans, and market coverage plans.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper branding, display, and merchandising at dealer outlets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand retailer network.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in the Bath Fittings or Sanitary Ware industry (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of secondary sales, dealer handling, and market operations.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Should be self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the region.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and MIS (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
  • Should be familiar with local market dynamics in Mangalore.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in launching new products and increasing market penetration.
  • Ability to manage multiple channel partners and drive consistent sales growth.
