Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Sales Executive to join our team in Mangalore. The role involves client meetings, pre-sales activities, and effective customer relationship management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
  • Support pre-sales activities including requirement gathering and proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth project execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist in achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback to enhance customer experience and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer handling, or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho CRM knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and in coordination with the technical team.

Work Details:

  • Location: Mangalore
  • Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Reporting To: Technical Head
  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  • Allowances: Petrol allowance provided
