About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements related to web, mobile, and software development projects.
- Prepare and present business proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client expectations are met effectively.
- Manage lead generation activities through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.) or direct communication.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed assigned business targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT or software industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, app development, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
