Business Development Manager (BDM) – Staffing & Recruitment Sector:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and convincing skills, with the ability to generate high-quality leads and foster strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads to support company growth
  • Present company services effectively to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a staffing and recruitment company (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and manage business leads
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
