**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) of Business and IT Staffing at Kaav Business Solutions, located in Hyderabad. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and growing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business plans, and ensuring excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and achieve business growth.

**Qualifications**
- 10 Years of experience developing IT and Business Staffing in Indian market
- Strong existing client relations, adding new clients and Vendors
- Business Planning and Business skills
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills to evaluate and develop strategies for business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
