**Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - US Staffing**

Experience: 4-6 years in US Staffing (International)

Location: Sector 63, Noida, Hazratpur Wajidpur, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Working Mode: Work From Office

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clients in the US market.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating and nurturing business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions and alignment with business goals.

Leverage industry expertise to strategically target and onboard new clients.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, specifically within the US staffing industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

Proactive, results-driven, and committed to long-term growth with the company.

**Salary**: ₹5 LPA to ₹8 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)

Interview Process:
1st Round: Telephonic Interview

2nd Round: Offline (In-person) Interview

Work Mode: Work From Office

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:
