Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:

    Explore and develop new business avenues across residential and commercial real estate segments in international markets. Build a strong pipeline of prospects through active engagement with developers, investors, and channel partners.
  • Market Research & Strategy Development:

    Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify potential markets, customer segments, and investment opportunities. Use insights to support strategic decision-making and expansion plans for the international channel partner network.
  • Lead Generation & Business Expansion:

    Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, real estate exhibitions, and digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, property portals, etc.). Establish and maintain partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and investment consultants in target regions.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, institutional investors, and strategic partners. Ensure client satisfaction through professional service, timely communication, and customized investment solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:

    Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations (PPTs), proposals, and marketing materials tailored to international clients and partners. Clearly articulate the value proposition and investment benefits of the companys projects and services.
  • Performance & Reporting:

    Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), sales conversions, and market insights to senior management. Recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of business development strategies.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2-6 years of experience in international business development or real estate sales, preferably handling cross-border markets or global channel partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of the international real estate landscape, investment trends, market regulations, and buyer behavior across major regions
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales decks, market reports, and business proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital lead generation, and data-driven sales strategies.

  • Education:

    Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Personal Attributes:

  • Results-oriented with strong business acumen.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

  • Looking for a results-oriented BDM to drive sales, build client relationships & expand our market presence. Should have a strong understanding of International real estate landscape & a proven track record.
