Client Management: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with a diverse range of AIF clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Act as the main point of contact for client queries and support.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of executives and senior executives, ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of all assigned tasks. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Operational Oversight : Oversee the end-to-end operations for AIF clients, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Policy and Procedure: Design and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve the effectiveness of deliverables.

Governance & Reporting: Implement a strong governance framework, conducting daily team huddles and weekly client calls to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines. Regularly provide reports and analysis to senior management on key operational metrics.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities and operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and align with client business rules and expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor performance metrics, ensuring all tasks and operations are executed efficiently. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as needed, in line with organizational requirements.
