Key responsibilitiesProject Management: Leads and manages the fabrication of project components, developing plans, and ensuring progress aligns with schedules.Technical Oversight: Supervises and ensures compliance with technical standards for activities like fabrication, welding, and quality control.Yard Operations: Manages daily construction activities across the yard, including resource and logistics optimization.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensures adherence to safety regulations, trains employees on best practices, analyzes accidents, and develops emergency plans.Quality Control: Ensures that fabricated products meet established quality standards and technical specifications.Personnel Management: Manages and leads project teams, allocates work, and evaluates employee performance.Budget and Cost Control: Manages costs to ensure production stays within budget.Coordination: Ensures smooth coordination between different teams, such as engineering, procurement, and construction.
