Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Officer for a dynamic organization operating across multiple industries, committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Officer will manage various HR functions, with a primary focus on
Non-IT recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in recruitment strategies. Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Promote positive relationships between management and staff.
Resolve workplace conflicts and facilitate disciplinary actions if necessary. HR Policy Implementation: Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies. Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Job Advertising and Employer Branding:
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, company websites, social media). Promote the organization as an employer of choice. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Use various sourcing techniques (e.g., networking, online platforms) to identify potential candidates. Review resumes to match candidates with job requirements. Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination and Support: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms.
Gather feedback from interviewers and share it with relevant stakeholders. Offer Management and Onboarding: Negotiate job offers and manage salary discussions.
Ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team. Maintain communication with new hires to enhance their experience. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and applicant conversion rates. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management. Compliance and Reporting:
Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality. HR best practices to ensure compliance. Workplace Culture and Engagement:
Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional HR certifications are a plus. Relevant experience in HR ( 8 years).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. High level of discretion and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Should be well versed in Google sheet & Microsoft office Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
