HR - Talent Acquisition
Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to understand & participate in Recruiting which include but are not limited to;
- Sourcing
- Screening
- Managing & Co-coordinating interviews
- Creating a qualified talent pool (Candidates, Vendors, Contractors, Freelancers)
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA (HR)/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Business and Digital Acumen
- Quick learner with ability to adapt and work in high pressure situations
- Excellent Business Communication Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
