Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Executive to maintain our sales database, qualify incoming enquiries, and convert them into potential leads. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality leads are identified and passed on to Account Managers for further engagement. This position offers valuable exposure to presales operations in the B2B technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the sales database with accurate and updated information.
  • Coordinate with the team for event participation, exhibitions, and webinars
  • Screen and qualify incoming enquiries based on predefined criteria.
  • Convert qualified enquiries into sales-ready leads and assign them to Account Managers.
  • Perform initial research on prospects to enrich lead data.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, presentations, and proposals when required.
  • Track and report lead qualification metrics for continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret lead information to qualify opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and a quick learner.
  • Interest in sales processes and technology-driven solutions.
