Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Executive to maintain our sales database, qualify incoming enquiries, and convert them into potential leads. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality leads are identified and passed on to Account Managers for further engagement. This position offers valuable exposure to presales operations in the B2B technology domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the sales database with accurate and updated information.
- Coordinate with the team for event participation, exhibitions, and webinars
- Screen and qualify incoming enquiries based on predefined criteria.
- Convert qualified enquiries into sales-ready leads and assign them to Account Managers.
- Perform initial research on prospects to enrich lead data.
- Support the sales team with documentation, presentations, and proposals when required.
- Track and report lead qualification metrics for continuous improvement.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret lead information to qualify opportunities.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and a quick learner.
- Interest in sales processes and technology-driven solutions.
