Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads across B2B (colleges, HRs, corporates) and B2C (students, jobseekers) segments
  • Conduct virtual or onsite product pitches, demos, or webinars to convert leads into enrollments or contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver onboarding and post-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with channel partners, academic institutions, and corporate HRs
  • Maintain CRM records, track lead stage, and meet monthly sales KPIs
  • Conduct market research and suggest strategies to boost sales conversions
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, training events, or exhibitions (expenses reimbursed)
