Office Administrative Assistant

Core responsibilities
- Communication and scheduling: Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Document and information management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence. Create, edit, and proofread documents like memos, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and contact lists.
- Office administration: Order and manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure general office organization and cleanliness. Assist with tasks like data entry and basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
- Support and coordination: Provide administrative support to team members and departments. Assist with projects and help with onboarding new employees.
Necessary skills
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional etiquette and grammar.
- Technical proficiency: Competence in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Attention to detail: Meticulousness in tasks to ensure accuracy in documents and records.
- Problem-solving and flexibility: Ability to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
