Office management: Keep an inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed. Ensure the office is clean and organized. Scheduling and coordination: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for events or appointments. Interdepartmental communication: Act as a liaison between different departments to support their administrative needs. Record and data maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Process invoices and perform light bookkeeping tasks. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle sensitive information with discretion.
