Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Monitor customer service and ensure fast and pleasant dining experience.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage schedules, staff allocation, and shift operations.
  • Handle stock control, inventory monitoring, and reduce wastage using FIFO.
  • Oversee order accuracy, kitchen service timings, and workflow.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure repeat business.
  • Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reporting.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness, equipment checks, and operational compliance.
