Deputy Manager

Position: Deputy Manager / Manager – Leasing (Food Court)

Location: Mumbai ( Andheri East)

Salary: ₹8 – 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard suitable F&B tenants for the food court.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants through market research and networking.
• Conduct property tours and present site advantages, layout, and footfall data to prospects.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements aligned with company targets and policies.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams for timely documentation and compliance.
• Manage lease renewals, expiries, and rental escalations efficiently.
• Identify underperforming tenants and initiate corrective action plans.
• Serve as the main liaison for all tenant-related operational and leasing issues.
• Coordinate the tenant fit-out process with design and technical teams.
• Handle tenant grievances and maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics.
• Optimize the food court tenant mix to ensure a balanced variety of cuisines and brands.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, rental income, and leasing performance metrics.
• Track KPIs such as occupancy rate, rent per sq. ft., and revenue per outlet.
• Support annual budgeting and leasing forecast processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in retail or F&B leasing, preferably within mall operations.
• Strong understanding of F&B brands, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and leasing management software.
• Demonstrates commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
