Job Title: Investor Relations Associate / Executive
- Location: Andheri East
- Job Type: Permanent

- Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (with flexible start time, up to 10:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Investor Communication:

- Develop and maintain relationships with investors.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to prepare quarterly earnings reports, annual reports, and investor briefings.
- Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations to management regarding investor sentiment and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with securities regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Coordinate with senior management to align investor messaging with corporate strategy.
- Monitor and report on competitor performance and industry trends that may impact investor relations.
- Regulatory Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure compliance with stock exchange requirements, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage risk and regulatory filings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Stream or MBA
- Experience: 2 years and above
- Skills:

- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate governance.
- Ability to manage investor expectations and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and investor relations software.
