**About the Role**: As our Investor Relations Executive, you will be integral to managing and enhancing relationships with our investors and stakeholders. You will ensure clear communication, deliver insightful updates, and contribute to our fundraising efforts, all while supporting the firm's strategic goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investor Engagement & Communication:_
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates, reports, and presentations to investors about the performance and progress of the portfolio companies and the overall fund.
- Address investor inquiries promptly and effectively, providing comprehensive and accurate information.
- Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships:_
- Assist in identifying and engaging with potential new investors to expand BizDateUp's investor base.
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing pitch materials, organizing investor meetings, and participating in fundraising events.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining investors.
- Market Research and Analysis:_
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the venture capital and startup ecosystems to provide relevant insights to investors.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and challenges, and communicate these findings to investors as part of strategic discussions.
- Reporting & Documentation:_
- Prepare detailed performance reports and other relevant documentation for investor meetings and communications.
- Ensure all investor-related records are accurately maintained and updated in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing investor communications and supporting fundraising activities.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the venture capital landscape and the challenges faced by startups, particularly in Tier-II and III cities.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (highly desirable).
