Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Investor Relations team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in investor relations or a related financial role within a listed Indian company. You will play a critical role in shaping our communication with the investment community, ensuring the accurate and compelling presentation of our financial story and strategic position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of presentations, press releases, and supplementary materials.
  • Draft, compile and update key investor communications, including investor decks, factsheets, the annual report and website content.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other business teams to prepare monthly performance reports and ensure consistency of metrics.
  • Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of the company's stock performance, trading activity and peer/industry trends.
  • Analyse financial results, operational variances and sell-side research to generate actionable insights for senior management.
  • Synthesise market data, investor feedback and industry developments to inform and refine IR messaging and strategy.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional strategic projects to drive process improvements and support reporting automation initiatives.
  • Research market trends and prepare regular summaries and briefing materials for senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of direct experience in an investor relations, equity research, or financial reporting role within a listed company environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for a financial audience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
