**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Investor Relations at, located in Mumbai. The Executive Investor Relations will be responsible for managing investor communications, preparing financial reports and presentations, organizing investor meetings and events, and maintaining relationships with current and potential investors. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, monitoring investor sentiment, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for investors and will work closely with the finance and corporate communications teams.

**Qualifications**
- Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, and Presentation skills
- Experience in organizing investor meetings and events
- Ability to analyze market trends and monitor investor sentiment
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the artificial intelligence or technology industry is a plus
