**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement business growth strategies, processes, and best practices
- Generate new leads, identify & contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in-line with strategies, and lead & facilitate pitch logistics
- Maintain consistent contact with existing investors
- Analyze market & establish competitive advantages
- Τrack metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Take initiative in organizing networking events for founders and investors
- Increase investor-base on Bolstart through outbound marketing, networking, and sales
- Connect with existing and discover new partners that will lead to an increased investors for Bolstart

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- At least 3+ yr experience in Investor Relations and Business Development
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with investors and startups
- Experience in Investments and understanding of financial markets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and ability to deliver presentations
- Highly skilled with Social Networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
- Proven ability to plan and manage events

**Location**: Gangadham, Pune

**Salary**: Rs 2.75 to 3.6 LPA

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
