**Job Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors.
- Prepare and distribute investor communications, including press releases, earnings releases, and presentations.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial results and provide insights to management regarding performance trends, market expectations, and investor sentiment.
- Leading the capital raising transactions (both Equity and Debt), helping in end-to-end process including preparation of management decks, financial model, assisting in due diligence and closure of transaction.
- Prepare financial models and forecasts to support investor communications and decision-making.
- Monitor peer performance and industry trends to benchmark company performance.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor communications, including SEBI filings and disclosures.
- Assist with the preparation of annual reports, proxy statements, and other regulatory filings.
- Stay current on regulatory developments and best practices in investor relations.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management based on investor feedback and market trends.
- Support capital markets activities, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and debt issuances.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Monitor research reports, Investment recommendations, and investor feedback to assess market perceptions of the company.
- Provide competitive intelligence and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the investment community to convey key messages and address investor inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- Project management and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Investor Relations: 5 years (required)
- Financial analysis: 5 years (required)
