- Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented commerce graduate to join our Investor Relations team. This role involves managing Salesforce, preparing presentations for investors, maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS), interacting with distributors for investor servicing, and handling documentation-related tasks
- Key Responsibilities:

- Salesforce Management:

- Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM with accurate and timely data
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Provide support to team members on Salesforce usage and best practices
- Investor Presentations:

- Prepare and update presentations for investor meetings and pitches
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that all presentation materials are accurate, visually appealing, and align with the company’s branding guidelines
- MIS Maintenance:

- Develop and maintain MIS reports to track operational performance, investor activities, and other relevant metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports
- Investor Servicing:

- Interact with distributors and investors to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
- Coordinate and manage communication between the firm and investors, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Documentation:

- Handle all documentation related to investor relations, including agreements, reports, and compliance documents
- Ensure all documents are correctly filed, easily accessible, and comply with regulatory requirements
- Qualifications / Preferred Attributes:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or Pursuing CA or CFA
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MIS reporting and data management
