Position Overview

Qode is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to support investor communication, marketing, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves managing client interactions, investor reporting, branding initiatives, and social media presence while ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities


•  Prepare and distribute investor reports, presentations, and newsletters using Canva and PowerPoint.


•  Manage investor communications, including drafting professional emails and handling queries.


•  Maintain and update the CRM system for accurate lead and client tracking.


•  Oversee social media strategy, managing content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.


•  Coordinate with branding and PR agencies, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and outreach.


•  Assist in corporate events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.


•  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate investor reporting and content review.


•  Research potential partnerships, competitor trends, and market opportunities.

Requirements


•  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 2–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Marketing, or Financial Services.


•  Strong proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.


•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


•  Experience in social media marketing and content creation.


•  Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.


•  Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
