**Responsibilities**: **1. Real Estate Funds** - Create client friendly, "world-class" and high impact Pitch book, Teaser, Brochures, Fund collaterals - Create training packs and educational materials for Distributors, Channel Partners, IFAs, RMs, Investors, etc. - Understand broad tax regulatory and legal framework related to the: (a) Deals and products (b) AIF/PMS/NBFC vehicles - Build strong network and relationships with all partners, distributors, investors - Get in place proper agreements, fee sharing terms and due diligence forms for all partners - Maintain Investor MIS and database with weekly updates on progress - Scan the market and evaluate various new funds in RE space. Keep track of competitors’ business models - Marketing of NiFCO’s funds (onshore & offshore) - Increase NiFCO’s universe of investors, LP’s, Co-investors - Understanding of RE NCD’s and PE deals, financial closure of transactions - 2. Investment Banking Expand investor relations to close Investment banking deals 3. Compliance and reporting required for Investors, distributors, etc. **Education Qualification**: - Post Graduate-Finance and/or Marketing, CFA, CA. Years of exp: 2-5 years; - Prior experience in financial services, private wealth preferred **Required skill set**: - Presentation - Financial Acumen - Networking - Relationship building - Understanding of financial products and markets - Expertise in Excel, well verse in MS office suite. **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Leave encashment - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Application Question(s): - Have you worked in Wealth Management/Financial Services for Investor Relations? - What is your Current and Expected CTC? - How long is your Notice Period? **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred)
